Wealth inequality between age groups has reached its WWII peak and young people struggle to settle on the housing market. For house owners, white wall is a privilege. Subject to change. Tabula Rasa. For renters, they are something you’re in a constant fight with. Moist, scratches and dirty socks. In a film, am asking my landlord a rent reduction for not being able to drill in my white walls and a system of modular wall elements is developed to free some of those dead surfaces.
